Terms of service
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services Efetech provides. When you accept a quote from us, these terms form part of the agreement together with that quote. If the quote says something different, the quote applies for that project.
2. Quotes and scope
We prepare a quote after you apply. It describes what we will build, the price and an estimated timeline. Work starts once you accept the quote. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do them.
3. Payment
Prices, deposits and payment milestones are set out in your quote. We may pause work if an invoice is overdue. Fees paid to third parties on your behalf, such as domains, hosting, app store accounts, payment providers and blockchain network fees, are not included unless the quote says so.
4. What we need from you
To deliver on time we need clear information, content, brand assets and timely feedback and approvals. Delays on your side may move the timeline. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you give us, such as text, images, logos and data.
5. Revisions
The number of design and content revisions included is stated in your quote. Additional rounds can be arranged and quoted separately.
6. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, unless your quote says otherwise. Third-party software, libraries and services remain under their own licences. Unless we agree otherwise, we may show the finished project in our portfolio and case studies.
7. Web3 and third-party services
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and smart contracts, once deployed, may not be changeable. We do not hold or control your funds or private keys, and you are responsible for keeping wallets and keys secure. Websites and apps also depend on third-party services such as hosting, payment providers and blockchain networks that we do not control. We are not responsible for outages, changes or fees on those services.
8. Ongoing management and support
If you choose website management, SEO or follow-up support, the scope and fees are set out in your quote or agreement. SEO can improve your visibility but we cannot guarantee particular rankings, traffic or results, because search engines control their own results.
9. Warranties and liability
We build with professional care, but websites and software may contain errors, and we cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will fix defects in the delivered work that are reported to us within a reasonable period after delivery. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
10. Ending the agreement
Either of us may end a project by written notice. You will pay for work completed and costs incurred up to that point. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as payment, ownership and liability, continue after the agreement ends.
11. Using this website
Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, access areas that are not public or submit false or harmful content. We may update the site and these terms from time to time, and the date above shows the latest version.
