The idea
Customers want to know where their order is. Riders need the right route, and the business needs to see every delivery in one place.
Design approach
A delivery app with live order tracking on a map, push notifications at each step, a rider view with the route, and a dashboard for the business.
Results
This is a concept, so there are no live deliveries. The design shows the customer, rider and business views working together.
